RETURNS / REPLACEMENT / CANCELLATION

Refund Policy

  • Got Account or card debited twice while placing an order. Relax, the one transaction will be reversed automatically within 3-5 working days.

  • In case, the amount is not credited within 5 working days, please reach to our customer care support (Email/Phone/WhatsApp) with your transaction number and transaction date. We will take care of the rest.

Return Policy

  • Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order.

  • Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies.

  • Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.

  • Prior to returning any items, please contact the Customer Service Department to Return Material

Shipping Instructions

  • We will do our best to fulfil requests to return material. Returns accepted for items ordered should be initiated within 3 days from product delivery.

  • If the customer wants to return the products they have to request for return within 6 hours of delivery of the products. The amount will be refunded via same source within 3 to 5 working days

Replacement Policy

  • Perishable Products: In case of any Perishable Products (Fruits & Vegetables) is damaged or of bad quality, the user shall inform us about the same on WhatsApp/Email/Call to Helpline Number(s) within 6 hours from the Delivery Time and we will initiate the replacement of the damaged products upon receipt of complaints and replace the products without any extra cost to customer.

  • No replacement or refund will be done if the complaint is received after 6 hours of the Delivery of Products.

Non Perishable Products

  • In case of any Non Perishable Products (Other than Fruits & Vegetables) is damaged or of bad quality, the user shall inform us about the same on WhatsApp/Email/Call to Helpline Number(s) within 24 hours from the Delivery Time and we will initiate the replacement of the damaged products upon receipt of complaints and replace the products without any extra cost to customer.

  • No replacement or refund will be done if the complaint is received after 24 hours of the Delivery of Products.

  • No replacement or refund will be done if the original packaging is damaged by the Customer post Delivery of Products.

Cancellation Policy

  • Users can Cancel order any time before 4 Hours of scheduled Delivery Time.

  • Post Delivery, No Cancellation will be accepted.
